We will always aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours (working days) of confirmation. During busier times, we estimate 2-5 working days.
Next-day express delivery is available as an option at cost, as long as the order is placed Monday to Thursday, before 12pm.
** The last guaranteed posting date for standard pre-Christmas delivery is Friday 15th December, for next-day express it's Monday 18th December before noon. ** Due to possible Royal Mail Postal Strike action deliveries may unfortunately be subject to delays - we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Orders placed on Friday after noon, including express delivery, will be delivered/shipped from the following Monday.

As a result of the impact of Brexit on deliveries outside of the UK, we are not currently offering overseas delivery. Whilst we work on clarifying the recent changes to trading terms between the UK and overseas destinations, we have taken the difficult decision of pausing all international delivery options until the situation is easier to manage.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and Exchanges
We hope you will be really pleased with your order, however, if you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to provide a full refund if the item is returned to us within 28 days from date of purchase, and in its original packaging and in a fully resaleable condition.
Any item not in its original condition or worn, or used beyond simply opening the packaging will not be refunded. Return postage is at your expense.

You must include your customer order details with the package; we cannot offer a refund without the full order details (Name, Address and Order Reference Number). If you can’t find your Order Reference Number, please contact us before posting any returned items. Please also obtain proof of postage.
Refunds can only be made to the card used for purchase and will only be processed once the item has been received by us.
If we find that the product has been returned to us in anything less than a fully resalable condition due to usage or lack of packaging during the return transit, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
When you buy online or by phone in the UK or EU, you have additional rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Damaged and Faulty goods
We advise you to check your purchase as soon as you receive it. Please notify us via email: email@example.com or phone: +44 (0) 1223 846129 or in writing at the address below.
We will exchange any item in the unlikely event that it is faulty and a full refund will be given if the item is in it's original packaging and unused. Customers outside of the EU will be refunded the cost of damaged and faulty items (including shipping) but we do not offer exchanges.
For international orders; if you find your items were damaged in transit, we will offer a full refund on the original order (including postage), but we will not send a replacement due to the costs involved in international shipping. Please notify us immediately and include a photograph of the damaged goods and packaging.
